TecCast ®

A revolutionary cast stone process that utilises the latest technology to produce a superior yet traditional cast stone product.

TecCast is the most readily available of all the materials produced and has the shortest lead time of any cast stone materials.

The basis of all TecCast products is a high strength mix, blended using highly advanced computer controlled batching equipment. In addition, all TecCast products are cured in our state-of-the-art humidity chambers where they are subjected to a controlled temperature and high humidity environment.

Regular cube compressive and water absorption testing is carried out by an independent UKAS accredited laboratory. The results are far in excess of the current 25MPa cube crushing strength requirement of BS 1217 and the even more stringent UKCSA specification of 35MPa.

A huge range of TecCast standard products are readily available as well as a complete bespoke service which enables us to produce your unique requirements precisely.

TecCast ®

TecCast is a Semi - Dry product which uses a combination of traditional materials and technologically innovative admixtures to produce stone which is without equal.

TecLite ®

TecLite uses a fibre-reinforced mix to produce light weight products which look and behave exactly like traditional cast stone.

WetCast is a traditional wet mix material which is used to produce dense heavy duty, extremely robust products, ranging in size from small decorative items such as cills, heads and copings right up to large cornices, beams, columns and porticos.

We are a full member of the international Glassfibre Reinforced Concrete Association and are able to produce both poured and sprayed GRC in accordance with your design requirements.
